The Northeast Medical Home Health team, serving our community for over 25 years, has assembled the finest team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide the care you need and the attention you deserve in the comfort of your home. Our ongoing training and education continues to set our professionals apart. The relationships we build as caregivers are the most important part of the continued care our patients and providers can trust.

At the heart of that care is the owner, Jon Sisk. Jon was born and raised in Bonham, TX. He and his wife Amber have 26 years of combined nursing experience as well as a family history in the healthcare field. Jon plays a "hands on" role as Administrator, by personally seeing the patients under his care. Being active in the community is very important as well. Participating and sponsoring such events as American Cancer Society's "Relay for Life", Alzheimers Walk, and the SNAPS Center Bingo gives Northeast Medical Home Health and its nurses the opportunity to participate in the community and help those causes that the patient needs.
